How to make virtual interactions more people focused and more productive
Enabled by ever advancing tech, which we’re all more familiar with since the Covid19 lockdown, virtual meetings are cost saving, flexible, efficient and…..often largely transactional, sterile places to spend your time.
Trust is built during interactions by both working through the tasks on an agenda AND by creating rapport and empathy among participants. And we believe that virtual meetings should do that just as much as face to face ones.
In this experiential, interactive and immediately applicable course we cover how to put people at the centre of virtual interactions and how to create content which fights for their attention. And while it’s NOT a course about video conference platforms and features, we also cover how to make sure the tech is working to make your experience personal and productive.
